Physical Traits:
28 inches tall, 176lbs, unusually large and strong for his breed. Golden brown, short coat. Several scars surrounding neck, face and shoulders with part of his left ear missing. Like all Spartans, an excellent fighter.

History:
Though little is known about Ares' past, it has been said that he was born to a litter of 4 but was however beaten half to death and "discarded" for being the runt of the litter. How exactly he survived as a puppy in the wilderness is unknown, but it is thought that he cannibalized the rotting flesh of the deformed and otherwise useless for sustenance until he gathered the strength to hunt small prey such as birds and rodents at an age where the other "worthy" spartan puppies were still suckling at their mothers teats. After nine months of ceaseless hunting and fighting for survival day and night, he returned stronger, faster and smarter than the spartan "warriors" that he had left behind when he was deemed unfit for he service of Sparta. What we do know however is that upon his return he immediately challenged the Agiad king Tymas to the throne and killed the toughest King that Sparta had known, until now...
